If you have jewellery that no longer suits your style, is rarely worn, or holds sentimental value but is beyond repair, we can help breathe new life into it.
Remodelling offers a meaningful way to transform these pieces - whether through a complete redesign or a reimagining that preserves the original character while enhancing its longevity. It’s a beautiful way to honour the past while creating something you’ll love to wear for years to come.
We’re able to reset most gemstones* and while we typically recommend using fresh metal for the best finish, we’re happy to discuss alternative options for simpler designs. During your initial consultation, we’ll carefully assess any existing diamonds or gemstones to determine their suitability for remodelling. You can find a link to our remodelling terms further down this page, which outlines any limitations in more detail.
After your initial no-obligation consultation with our Founding Director & Designer, Sarah, you’ll receive a set of bespoke design concepts tailored to your brief and the stones provided. These sketches can be refined and adjusted as needed till you’re completely happy with the final design.**
Once the design is approved, your piece will move into production - starting with digital modelling and casting. From there, our expert Goldsmiths and Setters take over, meticulously bringing your jewellery to life and finishing each detail to Brazen’s signature standards.
*Due to their fragile composition we don’t remodel opals or pearls.
**A deposit is required to commence any creative work. We generally provide up to 3 concept pages per project - If you require further pages, these may be subject to an additional charge.
Please Note: All quotes and invoices are valid for a limited time. Significant design changes such as adding additional diamonds, or delaying your project mid-way may result in adjusted pricing due to fluctuations in material costs.
As a general guide, our remodelling projects start from £1,500. The final cost will depend on the complexity of the work and the number of pieces being remodelled or remade. Where applicable, the value of any scrap metal can be credited towards your total.
We recommend allowing at least 10-12 weeks for remodelling projects, though this may be longer depending on the complexity of the design, number of items being remodelled, and our current schedule.
